Tax-
if you live in the State of California you will be charged Sales Tax for the area you live in.

Shipping-
All shipments are Ground Shipping through UPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for the arrival of your order.

Returns and Exchanges-
If you wish to return or exchange a bag it must be done within 14 days form the day the bag was received. You must return the bag in the condition it was shipped in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless there is a defect in the bag.
You will be charged a $35 restocking fee.
Once your exchange is received your new bag will be shipped UPS Ground, You will not be charged for shipping.
